What is your Stress Level?
| Family problems | Loss of appetite or Constantly feel hungry | ||
| Adapting to changes at work | Bloatedness / constipation / diarrhoea | ||
| Lack of Exercise | Chest discomfort / irregular heart beats / difficulty in breathing including asthma | ||
| Get tired easily/ chronic exhaustion | Frequently experiencing cold palms, or sweaty hands and feet (even when not exercising) | ||
| Gert annoyed or irritated easily |
Prolonged or severe stress has been shown to weaken the immune system, strain the heart, damage memory cells in the brain, and deposit fat at the waist (body’s mechanism to prepare for food shortage!), which are risk factors for heart disease, cancer and other illnesses.
If you’ve ticked 5 and above for the questions, you need to take action to decrease stress in your life.
What’s Your Health Score?

Coming from a family with a ‘rich history of diseases’, I take my health seriously. I wouldn’t say I am an all-muscles marathon kind of woman, but I just want to be fit enough so I don’t need to spend a lot of money in future on prescription drugs, needless surgeries. In the end, that bone marrow or organ transplant IS going to wear out if you do not take a more pro-active approach to your health. Those insulin injections are going to be rejected by your body as “foreign objects” because our human body is not a vehicle, it is a live whole being made up with living breathing cells.

Knowing your health score is not so much of a scary decision! Soon, I will be providing Singapore-based residents a service that most cannot refuse because the start-of-the-art and precise equipment I use will be able to help me to tell you:
- Your weight, height and BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Whether you have hidden fats (you can be slim but also you can be obese – don’t let the mirror fool you!)
- Whether your organs are wrapped in layers of fat that encourages future degenerative diseases
- Which part of your body you need to focus more on (for those who are exercising to build more skeletal muscle)
- Whether you need to take preventive measure to reduce your stress levels
- How old your body is (ie. your Body Age). Many people look young on the outside, but are really “old” inside.) and preventive measures to lessen aging
- Briefly, the *kinds of food you should avoid (and not avoid) Full list here!
and more…

As much as I actually hate animal experiments, scientitific studies proved that some form of caloric restriction actually lengthened the lives of Rhesus Monkeys. It’s the same for humans because most of us are not actually eating to produce energy, but to store them as unhealthy fat!
I used to offer people my Health Analytical Service to:
- Schools and colleges planning to raise funds for their poor students or for other charities can participate with no money down. (Everyone takes home a Health Score sheet that they can show to their friends, fitness instructor or doctors.)
- add more value to Vegan Cooking classes
- compliment any fitness instructor who wants to motivate their clients to exercise right.
- generate your Health Score (much like how you get your IQ score) so that it is of extra information to your doctors
- Individuals who prefer private home visit or office visit. Each health analytical service is precise and will not exceed 15 to 30 minutes (the reading takes less than 3 minutes). No blood sample, no urine extraction needed!
- Post-pregnant women who want to know their BMI and Health Scores.
The Health Analytical service was going VERY cheap at SG$20/person per reading (1-to-1 consultation). (There’s another state-of-the-art equipment that scans you and tells you if you are at risk of cancer and other diseases, but I don’t own that equipment. It can serve as a complementary tool to Thermography, which is a more accurate tumour-detecting tool that detects more accurately than mammograms; thermography can detect cancer up to 10 years before they actually appear via mammograms! This kind of scan could be arranged at SG$8/head.)

*The information given should be used in conjunction with your doctor’s diagnosis and advise. Many prescription drugs are in conflict with natural foods. Do not start any new diet without a doctor’s or herbalist’s consultation. I highly recommend people approach homeopathic or even ayuverdic physicians, or a CTM physician (Chinese Traditional Medicine sinseh). You may need help to “wean off” prescription drugs before starting on a new diet as prescribed by a homeopathic or natural medicine physician.
