- Buzzom.com (free free free!) allows you to lock people you have no intention of unfollowing, before you proceed to unfollow.
- Another way I unfollow (but one by one) is first visit FriendorFollow to see who are the people who are not following me. (I usually stick to those who are activists for animals and environment.) Click on the avatars and unfollow via the person’s Twitter profile page. I rate this 3/5
- No time to check out your new followers? XTweet is anther autofollow software that also will unfollow those who unfollow you. It also protects (lock) those who you have no wish of unfollowing (regardless of whether they follow you or not). Free trial software. I rate this 4/5. (There are probably a few other similar software that does what XTweet does but I have not tried those yet. I won’t review them till I’ve tried those.)

And if you wanna unfollow, you also have the option of unfollowing and blocking at the same time.

Buzzom also randomly recommends people you can follow with “Grow Network”.
I have no idea how Buzzom comes up with STARS and FANS but Buzzom has a Twitter Badge customization option for your blog or website. I rate this 4.8 upon 5
