I am writing in because of 2 matters.  Firstly, the free gift (red bag) you sent is missing something on both ends, that leaves the bag revealing teeth of its zips.   (Other than using these teeth to hang cutey cutey teddy bear keychains, I have no idea why the bag is like that.)
