Why is it that SOLDIERS and POLICE MEN are to be called in (part of the H1N1 Emergency plan)?

The only reason I can think of is the law in countries will be able to give citizens NO CHOICE – no choice in whether you accept or reject the H1N1 Vaccine. Given all the signs and circumstances, mandatory vaccines have become a possibility; and in some states and countries, these H1N1 Vaccines have become mandatory.

What’s this NORTHCOM and Comcare I hear so much about?

The establishment of NORTHCOM (the U.S. Northern Command) has helped blur the lines between police and the military.

The joint NorthCom counter-terrorism exercises have already commenced on July 27th in Region VI involving troops from the United Nations, United States , United Kingdom , Canada , Germany and Mexicos. These combined military exercises are a questionable show of force against a terrorist threat that probably actually consists of the UN and its client national governments forcing this military action upon the American people.

NORTHCOM would control all of North America. Specific concerns include:
* Its borders will be controlled by US officials and confidential information on Canadians will be shared with Homeland Security.
* US troops and Special Forces will be able to enter Canada as a result of a binational arrangement.
* Canadian citizens can be arrested by US officials, acting on behalf of their Canadian counterparts and vice versa.

In conjunction, these developments suggest that in the right circumstances the President of the United States could unilaterally enter a foreign country like Canada with troops to impose martial law, employ businesses to assist them enforce and monitor, and arrest Canadian citizens within Canadian borders.

COMcare (in the USA) is a 100+ member-strong non-profit emergency response alliance dedicated to “improving emergency response communication and information systems”.

Watch for the signs of the upcoming miltary exercises and pandemic drills that will be coordinated by Homeland Security and FEMA (they will be acting on behalf of WHO and the UN). Keep a watch on your community throughout these exercises!

What’s a VHC, DHS, Fema and MSEHPA?

A VHC is a network that serves as a center for military vaccine healthcare support and case management of vaccine adverse events….which are available at all times and in any emergency. You will find local, tribal and territorial health officers (volunteers too) to help in emergency preparedness. H1N1 Vaccine campaigns = emergency plan coming to you by October 2009.

DHS stands for Department of Homeland Security.

FEMA stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). They are actually concentration camps built to accommodate the rebellious (those who refuse the H1N1 Vaccine)!
