You should especialy avoid a combination of 2 and 6. Ads that play annoying sounds or music are the worst thing ever. When I have over 5 tabs open at once (which is almost always) I need to spend a considerable ammount of time looking for that annoying ad. And I usualy never come back to the site that greeted me with something like that.
