If you fulfill these 3 criteria,

1. You have a blog (not a forum; not a website without commenting capability) and
2. You can spare either a review of the site RSShugger or US$20 (which helps to support the owner, Colin for his college studies and other web projects) and
3. You blog is not a dickhead hosting any adult material.

Then sign up for a free account at RSShugger.

Easy, right?  Blog RSS Feeds will not be listed until manually approved by Colin of RSShugger.
