There’s been some debate as to whether bloggers should use or submit their URLs to No-Follow Directories.  Here’s a more detailed explaination of what No-Follow Links and Directories means to your Google Page Rank.  Although Major Search Engines (or search engine BOTS as in “RoBOTS”) like google and MSN will not be able to find/view nor “crawl through” your submitted links in No-Follow Blog Directories, one tends to forget that…

humans are able to read submitted links. As such this is really a personal choice, not whether it’s “right” or “wrong” to use such No-Follow Directories. However, if you must know which Blog Directories are No-Follow, here’s the list (correct at time of publishing):
