Veotag.com – You can add bookmarks to any part of your video and JUMP to any bookmarks quickly.

Bubbleply.com – This is the video equivalent of PhotoCrank.com  Lotsa speech bubbles at your disposal.

Videoegg.com – Has a monetisation program for those whose sites have at least 1,000 unique visitors a day.

Motionbox.com – not exactly a video-cooker but this is where you can share your video clips online.
