I enjoy artworks by artists like Jonathan Earl Bowser (I call this very humble man JON) and Thomas McKnight (especially ‘CITY LIGHTS OF MANHATTAN’). I also grew to like the works of Nick San Pedro (famous for painting Madonna’s posters which you can find on Youtube, he’s also on MySpace).
I spotted some very nice artwork by several Vietnamese artists recently at Great World City (can’t remember name of artists) but I’d be sure to take note the next time I visit the gallery!
Here are 4 very nice girly illustrations that inspire me:

From left to right, top to bottom: #1 Amy Sol’s magnificent illustration. It’s much harder to work in duotones without loss to details or texture. Amy Sol is an obvious lover of nature and animals. #2 I edited Amy’s art to my fav reds and pinks! #3 Lovely swallow illustration from Kat Cameron #4 Fingerbread and Rainbow also from Kat Cameron.
May be someday I would get a projector to beam up their art on my ceiling. Add that to my favourite relaxing mp3, a glass of wine and some chocolates! Hmmm…heaven!
